Sometimes the images I take may contain strong elements, but for some reason the composition is not quite right. With the advent of Photoshop and digital wizardry, this has all changed. Now with the right imagination, elements can be combined powerfully, and in surprising and fascinating ways to create images beyond anything we could expect, and so act upon us emotionally in surprising ways. For an artist like me, this is exciting- and what it's all about.
After all, art is not to inform, but to inspire, to expand one’s sense of being.
